Due to the nature of our program, staff members are often out of the office providing services to our clients.  Please allow 48 to 72 hours for us to respond to your inquiry Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Privacy

Client privacy is of utmost importance. At Your Side staff and volunteers adhere to very specific HIPAA third party regulation compliance. Trust is essential in developing and promoting a strong client and advocate relationship.

Directions to NSES

From North Shore or Points South: Take Route 128 to Exit 24, Endicott Street. At the end of the ramp, take a right onto Endicott Street. At the fourth light, take a right onto Sylvan Street. Take the first right onto Walcott Road. NSES is the three-story brick building on your left. Please check in with the receptionist on the first floor.

From Route 1 North or South: Take Route 1 to Route 114 (Andover Street) towards Peabody. Follow Route 114 to the fifth set of lights. Take a left onto Sylvan Street. Go through one set of lights. Take your first right onto Walcott Road. NSES is the three-story brick building on your left.

From West: Take Route 114 East and follow directions above.

From East: Take Route 93 North to Route 128 North and follow directions above.
